Your monthly spot and spill service, along with the cleaning of our entire facility twice a year not only keeps our carpets looking clean despite lots of employees and heavy foot traffic, but actuall extended the life of our carpets. After moving to Sarasota from Columbus, oh, I needed a reputable company to clean our carpeting. My COLUMBUS dealer researched by credentials and gave me John Cozy’s information. His analysis and inspection of our carpet situation was quite thorough, almost to a fault since I did not allow enough time for all the information I was receiving. The final result however, was an amazingly clean and fresh carpet. Bottom line, his company was the only one in the Sarasota area that was recommended based on certifications and I highly recommend them.

Fast and courteous service. They were very mindful of ensuring our cats didn't escape out the front door, which had to be left slightly ajar due to the hoses. Reasonable price for both the cleaning and Scotch Guard. Didn't try to up sale us on services that weren't necessary (e.g., cleaning the tile/grout). We'll definitely use Floor Care Solutions again. This was actually our second experience as they cleaned a large oriental rug for us last year.
